Cutting of rolled aluminum

Our company provides a full range of services for cutting and machining of all types of aluminum rolled products at our own site.

Longitudinal cutting

• Strip thickness from 0.35 to 4.0 mm.

• Band width from 15 to 1520 mm. Geometric accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm.

• The inner diameter of the roll is 325 mm and 500 mm, the outer diameter depends on the width of the tape and is agreed individually.

• The weight of the roll also depends on the width of the required workpiece and varies from 20 to 2500 kg.

Cross cutting

• Strip thickness from 0.4 to 4.0 mm.

• The width of the strip is from 300 to 1520 mm.

• The length of the sheet is from 300 to 8000 mm. Geometric accuracy is +0.25 mm, per meter along the length of the rolled sheet.

• The line of cross cutting is equipped with the correct installation and provides flatness of the sheet according to GOST 21631-2019

If necessary, a film is applied to protect the front surface of the sheet or strip from mechanical impact during assembly work or laser cutting.

The sheets are packed on wooden pallets with a cover of waterproof material and subsequent tying with steel tapes for safe transportation. Gross weight of pallets with finished products varies from 500 to 2000 kg.
