Coloring
Polymer-powder coating is carried out on modern fully automatic mode, which ensures high quality of coating. High efficiency of pre-cleaning of products allow to obtain a painted surface with a minimum amount of foreign matter.
Powder coating is carried out in 3 stages:

Surface preparation.

Powder coating application.

Polymerization
Painting is carried out in any color according to RAL, RAL E2 Effect.
Anodizing
Anodizing is the creation of an oxide film on the surface of aluminum, the coating is distinguished into protective and decorative. The thickness of the layer is 5-25 microns, in various color shades. In order to obtain the maximum quality of products, pre-treatment of aluminum profiles is performed.
The anodizing process consists of several stages:

Degreasing.

Etching.

Anodizing.
At the customer's request, after anodizing, contact spots are removed, the profile is faced, a protective film is applied or additional mechanical processing is performed.
