Aluminum sheet is the most popular type of rolled aluminum products. It is used in all industries: aircraft building, shipbuilding, chemical industry, power engineering, construction and many others. It is produced practically from all alloys of Russian and European classification, thickness from 0,5 mm to 10,5 mm, width up to 2000 mm.
They are differentiated by the state of the material:
Non-heat treated-without additional designation;
- annealed - M
- hardened - H
- semi-hardened - H2
- hardened and artificially aged - T1
- hardened and naturally aged - T
- quenched after hardening and natural aging - TH.
By manufacturing technology:
- clad - with technological cladding - B
- unclad - without additional designation
- with thickened cladding - U
- with normal cladding - A
- of increased precision of manufacturing - P (example of designation: AMg5M 1,5Px1500x3000). It is applied to the parameters of thickness, width, length.
- of high surface finish - B (example of designation: GOST 21631-76. B).
- of high surface finish - P (example of designation: GOST 21631-76. P).
