Plate
Aluminum plate - is widely used in aircraft and mechanical engineering, is an integral part of radio electronics, electrical engineering and other industries. They are produced by rolling with thickness from 10.5 to 300 mm and width from 1000 to 2500 mm, length up to 30000 mm.
Main types of plates:
- Not clad - without additional designation;
- Clad - have 2 types:
- with normal cladding - A;
- with technological cladding - B;
Edge type:
- Trimmed edge;
- Untrimmed edge;
- Differentiated by material condition:
- Non-heat-treated- No additional designation;
- (T) - Hardened and naturally aged;
- (T1) - Hardened and artificially aged;
Advantages of aluminum plate:
- strength and high uniformity;
- high speed of machining;
- fabrication to the required dimensions to reduce waste during machining;
- high resistance to corrosion due to the protective oxide layer;
At delivery the products can be manufactured with RT-Technical Acceptance or PPP acceptance for use at military-industrial complex enterprises and shipyards.
